Quick Glance at Your Inventory In-Stock Trend | Online Inventory Management

Our inventory management system provides you with some built in views to your inventory. These views provide quick access to understand how your inventory has changed recently.  Have you had questions like:
• How quickly is inventory even being added?
  • How much have we sold over the last 30 days compared to what new inventory has come in?
  • Is it possible to see how my inventory is trending over time?
  •
You may have been keeping track of some of these numbers already, but sometimes a graph or visualization provides the extra bit of information that you may not have seen in the number.  For example, here is one of our graphs showing you the in-stock count over the last 30 days.

    In-Stock Graph

From this view, you can see that the inventory dropped to 1 remaining item on August 8th.  With an easy to use inventory management system, you can be alerted that you were low and on August 10th, more items arrived at the store.  That is all very helpful, but you are probably thinking "I could have seen that from just looking at the numbers" which is probably true.  What else can you gather from this graph?  Maybe you should keep a closer watch on this item since it seems to be a popular item of late with more sales happening in the last week than happened in the prior 2 weeks.  Or maybe this item is seasonal and sales start to increase is August which allows you to better prepare for the future.  This is just one example of the graphs so you should give it a try to see what other features might help you better manage your small business inventory.
