The users merely need to log in to the Stockpile web site and enter in their valuable inventory data. The users no longer need to share a spreadsheet or paper copies of inventory lists. Since the inventory data is stored online, other users are able to access and update it, from different locations, as long as they have access to the internet.

Stockpile is also free to use. This makes it an easy solution to put in place, without having to spend precious budget money on expensive solutions.
