Update Security for an Existing User

Who has access to Perform this task: Owner, Manager. Owners have the ability to update Managers and Base Users at all location. Managers have the ability to update Base Users at all locations.

Steps

1. Login to the website at https://signup.canvusapps.com/login.
2. Click on in the Header next to the user's name.
3. Click on from the drop down list.
4. The Manage Users page will load. Click on the button next to the user you would like to update.
5. The Editing User page will load. Owners will have the ability to add/remove Manager access to a user or add/remove location access to a Base User. Managers will have the ability to add/remove location access to a Base User. Select the appropriate changes for the user.
6. Click the button. The changes will take place immediately.
