- Train your employees. Don't assume that they will know how to do things or that they will do them the same way you would. Proper training is the only way to ensure that they know how you expect a task to be completed and are able to do it correctly.

Running out of things, not being able to find them or spending excessive amounts of time to locate things are not going to help your company succeed.
